Active

A roadside landing of 150m2 (10m X 15m) will be provided plus approximately 1-1.5 ha of forest area to demonstrate your equipment. For safety reasons, active truck transport will not be permitted during show hours. After show hours, certain work may be required to empty landings or to deal with other issues.

Static-Powered

This exhibit space will cater to those on a commercial scale that do not require forest area.  Wood will be delivered to the landing. This space would be ideal for those showcasing portable sawmills, firewood processing equipment, site preparation and planning, road construction and other equipment. Roadside landings are 10m X 10m. Please note, for site preparation/planning and road construction demonstrations, a harvested area will be provided.

Static

This exhibit space will showcase equipment that is not operating and no additional materials are required. This space would be ideal for tire supplies, GPS equipment, truck and trailers, safety equipment, hydraulic hoses, fuels, lubricants, etc. Roadside landings are 10m X 10m (100m2)

Static Booths

These booths will include a 3m X 3m (10’ X 10’) tent/shelter. These booths will be grouped together (5-8) and placed along the loop.

Exhibit Space Fees

The Demo International® 2012 Show is open to Associate Member companies (AMG) of the Canadian Woodlands Forum (CWF) and non-member companies. Preferred rates are available to AMG members only.

Landing Size

Each active exhibitor will be provided a landing of 10m X 15m plus 1-1.5 hectares of forest area to demonstrate wood harvesting equipment. Forested site area will vary to accommodate topography/environmental constraints.

Static-powered and static exhibitors will be provided a landing of 10m X 10m, upon which tents and equipment can be stationed.

Landing dimensions may vary slightly to accommodate building constraints. Organizers reserve the right to group exhibitors to make full use of landing space.

Canadian Woodlands Forum Members who have been a CWF member for at least four consecutive years prior to the Demo International® 2012 show at the time their space is contracted will receive a 15%* discount on the pricing listed above.

*This discount will be calculated and adjusted on the final invoice.
