$10,000.00 ARVDA CASH IN YOUR HAND PROMOTION – OFFICIAL RULES 2012

• This contest is open to contestants 19 years of age and older with the exception of employees of Moncton RV Show, Atlantic Recreational Vehicle Dealers Association and participating dealers.
• The contest commences at 10am Friday, March 2, 2012 with the opening of the Moncton RV Show and ends at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 4th, 2012.
• Prizewinner will be randomly drawn from eligible entries received from the 2012 Moncton RV Show.  Draw will be made on Sunday, March 4th, 2012 at 6:00 p.m.
• Prize is $10,000.00 cash or certified cheque.
• To create an eligible entry, the entrant must complete and sign a binding sales contract with non-refundable deposit for the purchase of a new RV unit at the 2012 Moncton RV Show.  One entry for each qualifying recreational vehicle purchased at the Moncton RV Show.
• Winner will receive the $10,000.00 cash prize only upon honoring and paying his or her sales contract for the RV unit purchase.
• Winners must answer a multi-part mathematical skill-testing question.
• Odds of winning, based on the number of entries received – approximately 1 in 100)
• COPY OF SIGNED PURCHASE AGREEMENT MUST BE PLACED IN THE ENVELOPE PROVIDED WITH THE ENTRY FORM TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR DRAW.  Envelopes will then be sealed and submitted as official contest entries.
• The winner must acknowledge that the Moncton RV Show, Atlantic Recreational Vehicle Dealers Association and participating dealers have the right to reproduce, publicize and broadcast his/her name, address, likeness and voice, and the fact that he/she won the contest and all matters thereto, without compensation.
• Moncton RV Show, Atlantic Recreational Vehicle Dealers Association and participating dealers assume no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, death, losses or personal inconvenience caused to the winners or qualifiers of this contest at any time.
• In the event of a disagreement as to whether a person is a winner, or qualification of any winner or guest or as to the adequacy of the prize, the decision of Atlantic Recreational Vehicle Dealers will be final.
