Nova Scotia Fall Ideal Home Show
The Big One Wraps Up a Successful 2010 Home Show Season
Halifax, NS- Master Promotions Ltd., Producers of the Nova Scotia Fall Ideal Home Show, are pleased to report that the 2010 edition was a resounding success!
Even though the weather felt more like summer than fall, traffic was brisk at the annual fall show with Nova Scotian homeowners on the hunt for inspiration for their next project.
The Fall Ideal Home Show also celebrated the Run For the Cure that was being held all across Canada and in total over the two days, we placed 1,738 pink ribbon window stickers on vehicles. The total donation by Master Promotions and the Fall Ideal Home Show to the 2010 Run for the Cure is $1,738! Kudos to all involved.
The seminar stages were always well attended and Patrick Chan wowed audiences with the Sony Style 3D theatre. People transfixed with the Sony Style’s interactive technology both in their 3d theatre and at the booth and as always the Dairy Farmers of Canada had a full house for their tasty Cheese seminars. Blum dynamic spaces seminars helped people take their kitchens into the 21st century and a thank you to Canterbury Kitchens who sponsored their sessions.
“The show provided a unique platform (venue) from which to launch our exciting new kitchen hardware program from Blum Canada,” said John Brown, of Canterbury Woodworks.“By inviting their expert to present the information at the show, we were able to inform our potential customer in a one on one situation. The show is our # 1 year end marketing vehicle,” explained Brown.
CBC Kids entertained adults and children with a steady stream of special guests including Peter Coade, Marjorie Willison, Art Irwin, Amy Smith and several other CBC Personalities. We would also like to thank CBC for hosting their Ugly Sofa Contest!
The Acorn Cottage from Stewiacke Home hardware had many homeowners dreaming about cottage plans for fall AND summer.
Lumbermart, LaZBoy and Simmons Mattress Galleries enjoyed offering great prices to a steady stream of buying public and visitors drove away with plenty of show only specials.
Congratulations to our Ideal winners, Rose Langille who won the $2,000.00 Gift Certificate from Simmons Mattress Gallery and Lynette Dupuis was the winner of the Two Chill Chairs from LaZBoy Furniture!
We now look forward to 2011 and our Spring Ideal Home Show, April 1-3, 2011!
