  Accounting

  Sheri came to Master Promotions Ltd. with a background in accounting and administration in 1987. Since then, she has continued in these fields with the company and has acquired a strong knowledge in the area of trade show administration. In additional, she has worked extensively with the company's visitor registration system and customer service. Sheri has also been responsible over the years in the development of many company policies. She is currently responsible for the accounts payable division and financial finalizing of all events.

  Heather Crossman
  Graphic Designer

  Heather joined Master Promotions Ltd. in 2002 and brought to the team 6 years of prepress and design experience.
  
  Heather is Master Promotions Primary Graphic Designer and is responsible for the design of all marketing collateral, logos and advertising campaigns for our trade and consumer exhibitions. She also works closely with our IT Manager to design and maintain our ever changing website.

  Brenda Deschênes
  Operations Co-ordinator

  Brenda has been with Master Promotions Ltd. since 2003, when she was hired for the position of Bilingual Receptionist.
  
  Over the years at Master Promotions, Brenda has illustrated superior customer service and admistrative skills. As a result, she was promoted to Operations Co-ordinator in the summer of 2006. She is responsible for the management of exhibitors insurance, as well as a variety of support functions for the Marketing & Operations Managers. Fully bilingual, Brenda assists in communications with people who prefer to communicate in French.

  Denise Miller
  Publicist

  Denise came to Master Promotions Ltd in August of 2008 to assume the role of Publicist. She comes from a background in radio broadcasting, graduating from the Atlantic Broadcasting School in Saint John, in 1995. Her part-time career in news radio spanned almost 8 years, working for CFBC and K100. She also worked at Air Canada for almost a decade, as a lead agent supervisor. Prior to coming to Master Promotions Ltd she worked at a Rogers News Radio station, News 88-9 in Saint John, in the capacity as a reporter, writer, anchor and producer of a local radio talk show.
  
  Outside the office, Denise is an avid boater and snowmobiler, and loves spending time at home on the Kingston Peninsula.

  Karen Staples
  Administrative Assistant

  Karen joined Master Promotions in 2004 and provides the voice of Master Promotions Halifax. Karen is responsible for all consumer show marketing mailings, exhibitor registration, information manuals and correspondence. She brings almost 20 years of business administration and customer service to the team.

  Accounts Receivable

  Chrissy came to Master Promotions Ltd. as part of the Registration team. Since joining the company in 2004, Chrissy has been promoted to the Accounting Department. With this, her main focus being Accounts Receivable.

  Carla Constable
  Administrative Assistant

  Carla has been with Master Promotions Ltd. since 2009. She was hired for the position of bilingual administration assistant. She is the first point of contact for clients both by phone and coming into the office. She is responsible for both trade show and consumer show marketing mailings as well as general correspondence. Carla brings with her over 10 years of administration and customer service to the team.

  Laura Clements
  Accounts Receivable

  Laura joined the Master Promotions team in 2009. She came here with a Legal/Medical Executive Office Assistant diploma and a drive to succeed in the Accounts Receivable field. Her skills and prior experience in customer service are an asset in her postion. Laura is responsilbe for all exhibitor invoicing and payments, as well as auditing all show floorplans. During peak periods, she also helps other staff members with mail outs and data cleanup. After a year in this position she is looking forward to new and exciting challenges within the company.

  Outside the office Laura enjoys spending time with her son and four wheeling in Welsford.
