HALIFAX,
NS - After a hugely successful spring home show season in all our maritime
markets, the anticipation is ramping up for one of the largest fall home
shows on record!
October is renovation month. Homeowners and
potential homeowners will be tackling projects that were put off during
spring and summer and will flock to the home show to find the quality
products and services they need.
CMHC reports that 67
percent of homeowners intend to renovate and update to add value as many are
taking advantage of the Maritimes hot real estate market.
This number is sure to be even larger with the
2009 Home Renovation Tax Credit
the deadline for this is February 2010, so
the Fall Ideal Home Show is perfectly positioned to get your products out
there for consumers who are looking to buy and renovate to take advantage of
this program before it ends!
Across Canada last year, over 19.7 billion was
spent on home renovations; even more is expected this year!
Bottom
line, Nova Scotia is a hot bed for renovations and home improvement projects.
You will find it all at the Fall Ideal Home Show!
