New Brunswick’s Capital City Welcomes the Home Show!

The 27th edition of the Fredericton Home Show promises to be a huge success! Attendance numbers in 2009 were up significantly, and visitors to the show commented about the high caliber and extensive array of exhibitors that filled Exhibition Park to capacity! Make sure it includes you for 2010!

Coming off a booming 2009, thanks in part to the strong Atlantic Canada economy and the Home Renovation Tax Credit, 2010 is shaping up to be just as prosperous for those in the homebuilding and renovation industry! According to Canada Mortgage and Housing’s latest outlook, housing starts are scheduled to rise in 2010!

“The housing sector is expected to show positive growth in 2010, as consumers continue to take advantage of the favorable interest rate environment and a recovery begins to take hold, due in part to additional fiscal and monetary stimulus,”
